I have devised a Fertility Mindset Programme to be used to increase the likelihood of natural conception and another to be used to boost the effectiveness of IVF treatment.
My programmes not only increase your chances of getting and staying pregnant, but they also lead to a greater sense of wellbeing, renewed energy and enjoyment of life and an improvement in your relationships.
The method of hypnotherapy I use is Rapid Transformational Therapy. This is a pioneering method devised by Marisa Peer. Fertility Mindset Programme is a combination of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and coaching. Using this approach we work together to create alignment between your subconscious and conscious mind. RTT is used to get to the root cause of your issue(s) and address and resolve any unconscious blocks to pregnancy, childbirth or parenthood. Coaching sessions then assist you in integrating your new beliefs and the discoveries you have made into your daily life, and they also mean that you have extra support, an extra person in your corner.

Hypnotherapy has been shown to be very effective at significantly increasing the success rate of IVF treatment.
It works perfectly to complement IVF and furthermore gives you control over how you experience the treatment.
Hypnotherapy helps you to regain your balance and overall wellbeing prior to and during IVF treatment which can be the most stressful time of your life. The irony is that stress can have a detrimental effect on the outcome of the treatment. Hypnotherapy has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve your ability to cope with the intrusive procedures and lessen any strain on your relationships. When you are relaxed and in balance mentally and emotionally as well as physically you are more likely to produce more and better quality eggs. Subsequently the environment your embryo is placed in is hospitable and welcoming and the treatment is more likely to be successful.
“It suggests that the ovary is indeed a more complex and versatile organ than we have been taught, or that we expected, with an inherent capacity of renewal.”

Neuroplasticity: The brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neuroplasticity allows the neurons (nerve cells) in the brain to compensate for injury and disease and to adjust their activities in response to new situations or to changes in their environment.
You have prepared your body for IVF and pregnancy
by taking the right vitamins and eating and drinking wisely. If you are having IVF you are taking medication to ensure your body has the right conditions for pregnancy. It makes sense to prepare your mind too. IVF is a big investment both financially and emotionally. It is important to know that you have done all you can.
