What is Fertility Mindset Programme
Fertility Mindset Programme is a combination of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and coaching. All my programmes are tailored to each individual so the order and spacing of sessions will depend upon your unique circumstances and the outcome of previous sessions.

RTT is used to get to the root cause of your issue(s) and address and resolve any unconscious blocks to pregnancy, childbirth or parenthood.  Hypnosis is a valuable way to access your subconscious beliefs and understand how, why, where and when they were formed. You can look at scenes from your past from a safe distance as if you are observing them on a screen. You don’t relive past events.

Often age appropriate meanings have been attached to experiences that when reviewed as an adult, or from a distance and a different perspective, can be easily understood and let go.

You receive a recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days and we book in your first coaching session approximately 7 days after your RTT session. I then assist you in integrating your new beliefs and the discoveries you have made into your daily life. This also means that you have extra support, an extra person in your corner.

Each programme is tailored to each individual and depends upon the outcome of the RTT sessions.

The programme will enable you to gain a good understanding of yourself and your behaviours (why you think what you think and why you do what you do). Informed by that understanding you will be able to recognise and step away from old negative patterns or ways of being or thinking that are not helpful for your fertility. Together we will take out negatives and input positives. You will be able to regain balance and a fresh perspective, reduce your stress, recognise your old self coming back out to play and feel more in control.

The programme will not only increase your chances of getting and staying pregnant but it will also lead to a greater sense of wellbeing, renewed energy and enjoyment of life and an improvement in your relationships.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a form of hypnotherapy designed and honed by Marisa Peer over nearly 30 years of practice.   RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative state and brings them up to date in order to meet the needs of today’s fast paced culture. Marisa understands that clients want results quickly so Rapid Transformational Therapy can often deliver permanent change in a single 90 minute session, although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions.
What is hypnosis
Hypnosis is a relaxed state of focus. It’s a natural state of mind that we all experience just before we drift off to sleep at night or upon waking; whenever our mind wanders, when we daydream, or are absorbed in a film or reading a book for example. In this altered state of consciousness our brain waves move from beta to alpha or theata and we can tap into the unconscious mind. This is the part of us that holds all the programming, beliefs and habits that we have accumulated throughout our lives and affects all our thoughts and actions.

It is whilst in these brain waves that I can assist you to find the belief that is at the root cause of an unwanted behaviour or symptom, so that you can understand it, address it and change it. You will be better able to respond to suggestions, and remove unwanted thoughts and behaviours by bypassing the critical conscious mind (the part that says you can’t) and accessing your powerful subconscious mind. I’ll help you to release all the negative programs and install new positive ones.

How is it different from stage hypnotism
Participants in stage hypnosis shows have volunteered to take part.  They have chosen to be a part of the show, understanding what that entails, and that it is for entertainment, often comedy value.   That is the reason they are taking part.  You will have a different reason and there will be a totally different outcome.

Whilst you are in hypnosis I won’t be able to make you do or say anything you don’t want to. The purpose of the session will be to discover and remove any unconscious blocks you may have. It is your experience and I will simply be there to guide you toward the outcome you want.

We will have a chat about your situation and then when you are ready I will guide you in to hypnosis. There is nothing to worry about, it’s like a guided meditation, all you need to do is follow my instructions as best you can. We are all unique and you will have your own unique experience of hypnosis as it feels different for everyone. There is no right or wrong way and no pressure from me to do or say anything you don’t want to. During the process I will ask you to visualise (picture things in your minds eye) and again this is nothing to worry about. We can all visualise and we all do it all the time without realising (its how we find our car in a car park – or try picturing your front door or a family member). When I ask you to picture something you don’t need to get a spot on detailed 3D colour image you just need to do your best and that is good enough!

What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is therapy whilst in hypnosis. This is in direct opposition to stage hypnotism which is hypnosis for entertainment.  You will be able to experience positive changes in sensations, perceptions, thoughts or behaviour.  It can be a bit like hitting a ‘mental reset button’.  I can assist you to find the belief that is at the root cause of an unwanted behaviour or symptom, so that you can understand it, address it and change it. You will be better able to respond to suggestions, and remove unwanted thoughts and behaviours by bypassing the critical conscious mind (the part that says you can’t) and accessing your powerful subconscious mind. I’ll help you to release negative programs and install new positive ones.
